Thank You for visiting my small blog site. This site is primarily used as a form of cognitive behavioral therapy. I try mixing a little creativity, motivation, and inspiration in my writing.

I've always been shy and I'm certain I've avoided many significant events in my life due to my shyness. Over the past few years, I've come to realize that my main struggles in life are Social Anxiety related. If you are in anyway affected by Social Anxiety, I urge you to do something about it and I support you on your journey to overcoming it.

My writing is a reflection of my progress, struggles, and observations with Social Anxiety. This site is a place where my shy side breaks out of it's shell.
